2. Use of Resume and Candidate Information

Reviewed by DEJ Search recruiters and consultants.

Matched against current or future executive search opportunities.

Shared with DEJ Search clients strictly in connection with relevant job opportunities, only with your prior consent.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Accuracy of Information
You certify that the information submitted is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. DEJ Search is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of submitted materials.

4. Candidate Confidentiality
DEJ Search maintains the confidentiality of your information and will take reasonable steps to protect it. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. No Guarantee of Placement
Submitting your resume does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or consideration for specific roles. DEJ Search reserves the right to assess and select candidates at its sole discretion.

6. Retention of Information
We may retain your information for future job opportunities unless you request in writing that we remove it from our database.

7. Changes to Terms
DEJ Search may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
